Chen Style Lao Jia Er Lu, popularly known as Cannon Fist, is usually studied at the advanced level. It is a vigorous empty-hand routine, punctuated throughout with fa jing, the relaxed, explosive release of energy typical of the Chen Style. Master Ren Guang-Yi is one of the premier students of Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang. He has devoted his energies to the practice and teaching of classical Chen boxing throughout the United States and abroad.
