When Sifu Wing Lam’s teacher Chiu Wai visited the Wing Lam Kung Fu School in 2002, he taught a series of workshops on Hung Gar forms not in Lam Kwoon’s normal curriculum. Lau Gar Palm is a set from the Lau Gar system and is rarely seen in the US. This workshop will cover the entire form. This is a must for any true Hung Gar student to keep the tradition alive. (This is not the same form as Lau Gar Kuen VHG02). 36 minutes.
