When Sifu Wing Lam’s teacher Chiu Wai visited the Wing Lam Kung Fu School in 2002, he taught a series of workshops on Hung Gar forms not in Lam Kwoon’s normal curriculum. Moi Fah Kuen is traditionally taught as a bridge between the more famous sets, Taming the Tiger and Tiger/Crane. Though the set is short in length, it packs many advanced concepts core to Hung Gar. This workshop will cover both the form and application of the techniques. 32 minutes
