The original Tai Chi Ball form was created by the Chen family. Popular in Beijing during the 1920’s and 30’s, it’s now being re-discovered. This form can help people of all ages move their whole body and work through all the joints. It helps improve balance and concentration, and is particularly good for developing internal energy.
