Kwandao Shaolin Kungfu
The Kwandao, or long-handled sword, is a member of the long weapons family and is usually held in two hands. The waist needs to be twisting and working in conjunction with the pelvis to generate force, and the body and sword must be coordinated. In ancient times the long-handled sword was the weapon of choice for generals. Because of this association and its magnificence, it was called "the general of the hundred weapons." *Not available in Pal Format
