DVD or VHS?

Hi There!

I went to order some videos but it wasnt clear if they were DVD or VHS (and i can only play dvd)

Like for instance this video:

Dynamic Kenpo: Lines & Circles (LTDK-D)

it's under "Instructional DVD and Videos » New Videos » Dynamic Kenpo: Lines & Circles" which seems to include both

and itself doesnt say dvd or vhs.

Does the -D in the product code mean dvd?
