Your IP training Atmosphere

Postby Chino on Fri Aug 06, 2010 7:24 am

Sup everyone, Im new to IP and the forum and would love to know what kind of environment do you guys
like to train in or at? For example, do you train outdoors, indoors, music or no music? silent or with around fish so you can hear the water pump bubling? everyone has their own way so lets share our experiences.

I've been cruising through threads and havn't seen a thread like this and hopefully this thread can get people posting
and maybe get this forum kicking again, or should i say palmin.

Peace and much respect to those who post.

I have my bag in the basement away from everything that could distract me.

Its old school, not big on looks but its not about looks but what you are doing.

Good luck with your training.

I'm pretty new but i would say an area without distraction would be good, ya know where your wife isn't calling your name every few minutes etc lol. Music might help some people get into the zone and it all depends on what you like i would think.

I have a portable wooden stand that I carry with me in the trunk of my car. I can stop at a park or secluded area around where I work and get in 20 to 30 minutes every day. I can carry it in the house or out to the school. I listen to music like U2 or classic rock and pound away while losing myself in the rythem. Never miss a day this way.
