That sounds rather nice, but i would most likely be learning norther style through the dvds here at wle. Unless someone taught me it, i would have no idea what they were you see?

Could you give more details on these devices, I'm not sure what most of them are and if it's something you can use even while watching a movie then it would be very useful.
Is the copper hitter you refer to a sort of a brush that can also be used on the qi meridians in the body?

Captains of Crush are serous grippers that you squeeze with your hands and create Iron Claws.

Hitting with a copper hitter is both external/internal as you are moving energy through the channels as well as conditioning the tissues. You will use jow to make sure you do not harm your body over time.

I will be coming out soon with a DVD which covers all that I mentioned to train your hands in classical methods as well as modern methods.

sifu dale, that was very well said and true. i feel you have to always be thinking your art even when not in training as in time it will become automatic. my master tells me there is no top, just must train harder and harder and reap the benefits along the way, i even have taken off from my profession in the last 3 years to train soley in my art. as a long time chen style practiciner, i'm also always doing something internal with my art be it watching t.v. or standing in line at the store or post office, walking outside thinking of constant chi flow, ming men balance and sung. or doing push hands with a fellow "chen" buddy. my master only taught me one fighting form which is the "old frame" and i am still trying to perfect it years later..lol...ie. perfect chi movement without using muscle, still haven't learned weopons yet. captains of crush are awesome!!!! i also have the heavy grips. almost close to closing the 300lb. one and it's taken almost 2 years...LOL...love to my martial arts brothers

Finding balance within our bodies to perfect technique is just as important as balancing the time in our lives. As a full time student with a full time job, I know just how difficult it is to find enough time to train. Sit down, get out a piece of paper and a pencil and take a look at your schedule. When you really look at it, you will find that you have time to accomplish the goals you've set for yourself. Some sacrifice might have to be made, but think of what you'll gain.

Set smaller, specific goals along with your larger ones. It is easy to say you want to cross a river, but you have to know which stones you will use in between the banks.

Its not a lot, but I hope it helps.
