What type of music do you listen to when you train? I find that if I listen to some Oldies it really gets me going. And the soundtrack from Hero and Braveheart. How about the rest of you guys?

Hello ,

I listen to those motivational music from the Rocky movies and I have Wong Fei Hung Music . But any kind of motivational music is the best for training or for any kind of exercise in general .

So it ' s good to get a collection of motivational music , for each day because on certain days you do your training you may want to listen to different type of music , so it ' s good to get a collection of different types of motivational music .

Without music you just need to put your own spirit into it and go on training from there .

Take Care ,
Jing
