so where do i start?

do you guys have any suggestions for someone who wants to start internal training but has no ideas where to begin? particularly, sources i may look to and/or regimens you would suggest starting with?

wow, i had no idea that john painter has been in my back yard (i live in plano) this entire time.
dale, there's no need for the assistance, now that i know he's in my area - finding the info to get to the school shouldn't be a problem.
