rod very humbly i feel you are right. the body should all be evenly 360 degree balanced 50/50 ie: shoulders, tail bone, lower back and concentrate on the ming men and emptying the whole body and bringing the chi to the ming men first. as more daily training in this you will be more aware and body sensitive and will with time be able to empty and align body to perfect balance which=power and stability, not to mention great fajing. body will be like a big rubber super ball.
