Part two deals with the academic characteristics and medical specialties such as technique, prescription, acupoints and others. Part three is a consideration fo the case records in which some typical cases are analyzed as proof to the theory under discussion. There are a total of 293 cases in this book. This book is written by Professor Chen Youbang who has been engaged in the administration of Chinese medicine since 1978. He was the vice director of the Bureau of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Ministry of Public Health and is currently the director of the Office Bureau of the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
