Constable Alan D. Arsenault, B.Sc., B.Ed. is a twenty-four year veteran of the Vancouver Police Department. Co-Author/producer of the 2001 award winning police documentary "Through a Blue Lense". He began his martial arts training in 1971. He resides near Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada Joe Faulise has been training in wrestling and Judo since 1973.
