Often, monks gave these to their friends or students as friendship gifts to help their fortunes become lucky. These shaolin big bead necklaces are carved of solid wood, and can even be used as a weapon with its heavy weight and long reach. WLE. imports different types of high quality NATURAL wood hand made necklace and bracelets, all imported directly from the same source as the Shaolin Temple. 0.5" beads and approximately 29.5" long (closed loop). 112 beads total. "Marker" bead every 28 beads.
