This is the classic match of power against speed! The sheer weight of the Kwan Do makes it unstoppable but it is much slower than the lightening fast Spear. The advantage of one is the weakness of the other. You and your partner test each other’s abilities as you work together to sharpen your skills. Recommended preparation: Spear (VSL11) and Spring Autumn Long-Handled Knife (VSL18)
