Shaolin Kung Fu Fundamental Training
Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming Drawing from his extensive knowledge of Long Fist and White Crane Kung Fu (Gongfu), Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming explains and instructs the basic training techniques of Shaolin Kung Fu.
