Spear Head: This spear head is hand-forged of stainless steel with brass bands on the collar and receiver. It is stiff with a sharp point and unsharpened edges. Includes a large red tassel.  This spear head's product page can be seen here.

Shaft: Flexible wax wood is used for this spear's shaft. It is fairly lightweight and tapered very slightly, with the narrower end going into the spear head. The wood is hand-selected to be as straight as possible. Diameter at the thick end of the shaft is approximately 1 3/8". Overall length of the spear, including shaft and head, is approximately 87".  The spear can be shortened at the customer's discretion by sawing off the unwanted length.

Approximate Weight: 2.6 lbs.

Recommended use: This spear is made for use in traditional internal and external kung fu training, demonstration, and competition.  The spear head is combat-capable.
