The “tai chi sword,” or gim, is a straight, flexible sword and is one of the four principal weapons of KungFu. More of a “gentlemanly” sword than the broadsword (dao), the gim was said to be favored by scholars and, indeed, Confucius was often portrayed with a gim hanging at his side. 30" blade; 38" overall; Weight: 1 lbs.
