Tiger Iron Palm Bags
Each bag has been mounted and secured to a board that is specifically used for Tiger Iron Palm training. Begining bag is filled with mung beans, Intermediate bag is filled with natural stone, and advanced bag is filled with chrome-free steel shot . Note: Although you can use the bag as a stand alone bag, it is best used with The Tiger Iron Palm Table.
