This 15 day all-inclusive tour includes a week at Shaolin Temple and a week in China's capital city, Beijing. Shaolin Temple was erected in 485 CE on one of China's five holy mountains, Mount Song. It is a significant site for martial and Buddhist pilgrims. Here, the eminent monk, Bodhidharma (a.k.a. Tamo) founded both Kung Fu and Zen (a.k.a. Chan). Beijing, the Northern capital of China, is home to many top notch masters of a variety of arts both internal and external and is an excellent location for weapon shopping.

This tour offers you a unique chance to experience the martial arts of China, like you never thought possible! You will learn the widest range of China's precious Kung Fu, from traditional external training at Shaolin Temple, traditional internal training in China's capital city of Beijing, with Sun Jian Yun, to internal training at Mt. Wudang. Plus, our experienced tour directors can guide you to little-known places, off the tourist track, and consult you in purchasing martial arts weapons and antiques. At Shaolin Temple, we will:

• Train directly under the Shaolin Monks.
• Reside in the official Wushu Guan (martial arts school) which is actually in Shaolin Village
• Hike Mount Song and meditate at Tamo's cave.
• Visit the Loyang Grottoes, one of the most spectacular collections of Buddhist sculpture, and Guilin Temple, which contains the grave of the patron saint of Kung Fu, General Guanyu.
• Shop for weapons in Shaolin village, home of two weapons forges.

• Visit the Great Wall, Tianamen Square, the Forbidden City, the Ming Tombs, a Buddhist Temple, and a Taoist Temple.
• Shop for antique weapons and other treasures.
• Feast on true Chinese banquets, such as authentic Beijing (Peking) Duck, Spicy Szechuan meals, plus go to Beijing's Hard Rock Cafe.
