Distance Learning

While the Lam Kwoon is located in California, those who do not live nearby are not out of luck. Sifu Lam has created a complete Distance Learning Video Series, allowing students from around the world to learn Wing Lam Kung Fu, either in its entirety or as a supplement to their local training. Videos are available for Northern Shaolin, Southern Hung Gar, Yang Style Tai Chi, Sun Style Tai Chi, Xing Yi, Bagua, and Chin Na. Each video presents a form in its entirety, broken into lessons with explanations, multiple angles, slow motion details and background information.
