Shipping Policy
Wing Lam Enterprise’s shipping policy for Domestic and International Shipments.
- FedEx Home Delivery (regular ground) shipping available to all residents in the continental US. Time in transit depends on which zone you are located and can range from 2-10 business days. Do not select FedEx if shipping to a P.O. Box.
- FedEx Overnight, 2 Day, and Express Saver are also available. Saturday deliveries incur an extra charge; contact our customer service department at 1-800-700-3698 for details.
- USPS Priority Mail shipments time in transit is generally 2-3 business days including Saturday. Select this method for Military Mail addresses and choose United States for the country.
- Priority Mail International ships to 190 countries outside the US. Time in transit varies to each country. Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery and custom clearance.
- Express Mail International is a reliable, high-speed mail service available to over 190 Countries outside the US. Delivery time to major destinations is 3 to 5 business days.
- FedEx is available for priority, economy, and ground services to Mexico and Canada. If using this method you will incur broker fees.
- Limited Time Offer option is only available for residents of the Continental US. The Limited Time Offer provides a flat shipping rate and leaves the decision of what carrier is used up to WLE. If the Limited Time Offer is chosen and a P.O. Box is listed as the shipping address, the customer MUST provide a secondary address for FedEx Home Delivery shipping. If only a P.O. Box address is given, the order may not be shipped.
Please note:
- If the item/items you are ordering can not ship the method chosen due to size or weight, and an option of similar cost/delivery time is not available, we will email you with other options. For very large orders we will recommend Freight.
- All Domestic orders usually ship within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) pending availability.
- All International orders ship the end of each business week, pending availability.
- If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in transit to you, please contact the carrying service used immediately (either FedEx or United States Postal Service) and keep all packaging materials. Please do this prior to notifying us, as it will create a case history for your claim and allow us to follow-up appropriately. If this procedure is not followed, we can not guarantee full reimbursement.
